Nordstrom
In high school, I started working at Brea Nordstrom as Fashion Board member and moved on to becoming a full time employee. After a brief move to Irvine to open TOPSHOP at Nordstrom in 2012, I came back to Brea. I earned 2 awards: Customer Service All-Star, which was presented by my store manager and Blake Nordstrom. Quarterly Pacesetter, for maintaining high hourly goal in sales for one quarter. Working in a retail environment taught me team development, staying professional in demanding situations with varieties of customers, and staying on top of sales goals.
ELEMENT SKATEBOARDS-EDEN INTERNSHIP
In the Merchandising & Design division I assisted the product manager in maintaining color/trim/fabric libraries, attend global design meetings, develop line plans, and provide visual comments on samples/prototypes.
