LIFE EXPERIENCES

Being lucky enough to visit to Europe, Asia and some states in between to New York, I caught the travel bug. I strive to visit new places, and find inspiration by trends whether it be technology, food, and fashion from my journeys. I've found by channeling my inspirations into the apparel field, I am happiest. If given the opportunity to, I would love to travel with my career. [Below are some illustrated photos of my travels]

While attending high school, I started my first job in sales at Nordstrom in 2008 and have yet to leave!  Now, while concluding my college career, I have taken on a Merchandising internship at Element Skateboards. Common practice in this department is to communicate overseas to factories in India and Hong Kong, and even visit those countries! This company meshes well with my interests in action sports and love for the ocean being located near Newport Beach, CA. Some days I bring my purple kayaks down to Balboa Island and cruise around.

I believe that while I am out there in the world I am continuing the 'learn by doing' motto set forth by Cal Poly Pomona, and will carry on as I graduate.
